Framed Wavy American Flag (Medium)
This piece is carved and sanded into a windswept and wavy take on an American classic. Made from pine, each piece is sanded and stained and then assembled with glue and batten boards into the finished flag. A pine frame is added, slightly torched for a darker look.
3 coats of hi-gloss poly are applied for sheen and protection. A hanging wire is included on back for easy mounting.
Hang it in the right “sun drenched” spot, or under the right light, and notice how the curves and poly combine to reflect the light at the perfect angles.
This unique piece can be hung indoors or out. Suitable for a medium sized wall space or similar bookshelf. (14”x25”, including the frame)

Wood items such as artwork, flags, garden stumps are finished with multiple coats of polyurethane for protection. We use water-based polyurethane or oil-based polyurethane, so if you decide to recoat a product, be sure to check the product description to see which kind was used originally so you can be consistent.
